Are all Nyttoteket's products tested by the company?

Yes, we test all products personally before they can take their place in the range and finally end up in our customers' hands. We love products that contain clean, high quality ingredients without any remarkable additives.

Can I use your products during lactation and pregnancy?

All our products are used by both nursing and pregnant. With that said, however, we advise you to consult your midwife on any questions or concerns.

Is it useful with fat?

Fat is an excellent source of energy for the body and especially the brain. There are fatty acids that are vital, essential, which means that we have to add them to the body because we lack function to be able to form these in the body. Examples of essential fatty acids are omega 3 and omega 6. Fat should also be seen as important for normal hormonal function, repair and build-up of cells and is also important for breaking down vitamins A, D, E and K. At Nyttoteket we love healthy, unprocessed fats that make us satiated and keep us at a stable, high energy level during the day.

Do you use artificial sweeteners?

We use tevia extract (steviol glycosides). It is a sweetener that we appreciate for their natural origin. The organic stevia extract comes from the plant Stevia. It affect the blood sugar extremely little which is preferable as you get a smoother and more pleasant experience.

What does grass fed whey protein means?

It means that the cows that the whey comes from is grazing on natural grass lands.

What is the dosage for Clean Collagen?

The dosage is very individual for Clean Collagen. Some people feels they are happy with a few teaspoons a day and others prefer to take one tablespoon a day. Our recommendation is that you start with a lower dose and then increase gradually until you find that you have found a suitable dose for you.

Where does the collagen come from?

The collagen comes from Argentina where the cows graze on open pastures all year round. The cows doesn't go thru treatments with antibiotics or hormones.
